Job summary

The DOUGLAS Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support SAP SuccessFactors across global HR transformation programs in Germany. You will participate in workshops, contribute to solution design, and help integrate SF modules with partners, ensuring compliant processes and effective incident resolution.

Fluent German and English, plus exposure to IT-HR projects, will help you thrive in this role within the European omnichannel beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Gained first practical experience in a project setting, ideally at the IT-HR intersection.
• Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central; other modules are a plus.
• Understanding of business value chain and context.
• Structured approach to onboarding and adopting new systems and processes.
• Confident communication in German and English, written and spoken.
• Able to explain topics clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the digitalization journey within global HR transformation projects through the full project cycle.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors development and localization for global and local teams.
• Capture business-specific requirements and design and implement suitable SAP SF solutions.
• Assist integration of SAP SuccessFactors with external implementation partners.
• Contribute to audit-compliant process flows and change/incident management.
• Analyze and resolve third-level support requests.

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You support the digitalization journey within global Human Resources transformation projects and get to know the entire project cycle, from workshops and implementation to go-live and the operations that follow
• Our global and local Human Resources teams are supported by you in the further development of SAP SuccessFactors
• Business-specific requirements are something you capture and assess together with experienced colleagues, and you help design and implement suitable solutions
• Together with our external implementation partners, you also support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into the existing system landscape
• Efficient processes as well as change and incident management benefit from your contributions, and you help ensure audit-compliant process flows
• You help the team with analyzing and resolving requests in third-level support

YOUR SKILLS

• You have gained first practical experience in project work, for example through internships, a working student role or an early career position, ideally at the intersection of IT and Human Resources
• Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, is ideally in place; knowledge of additional modules is desirable
• A basic understanding of the value chain and business contexts is something you bring
• New systems and processes are ones you get into in a structured way
• Confident communication in German and English, both written and spoken, is part of your profile
• Subject matter is something you explain clearly and in a way that suits your audience
