You're responsible for the **quality of our collection processes and teams**. You develop trainings and document processes that enable your colleagues to deliver consistently high-quality work. Based on sample insights, you analyze gaps, identify improvement opportunities, and directly translate these into optimized trainings and processes. You're the bridge between operations and quality assurance - with a focus on measurable results and continuous improvement. You work internationally with teams across different markets, expanding our documentation and training materials to new European markets. **Ready to join us?**We'd love to see your application! **Your Responsibilities:** * **Training Design, Delivery & Quality Improvement:** You develop, implement, and optimize trainings and learning paths.
