eduki is a fast-growing education tech company redefining how teachers access resources. We are seeking a Senior Campaign & Communication Manager to own integrated campaigns and corporate communications across European markets.

Your Impact

As a Senior Campaign & Communication Manager (all genders), you own eduki's integrated campaigns and corporate communications from the first idea to the final retrospective. You will bring our brand to life and position eduki as a relevant voice in the educational ecosystem and drive growth across our European markets. Here are the key areas you'll own:

• Integrated Campaigns & Cross-Channel Orchestration: You plan and run integrated brand and performance campaigns, from partnerships and UGC initiatives to Back-to-School, product launches, and promotions. You turn strategic direction into campaigns, owning the creative and messaging framework (angles, value propositions, key messages). You translate them into concrete plans, timelines, budgets, and briefs, and coordinate execution over Paid, CRM, SEO, Social, and Creative/Production so every touchpoint tells one coherent story with one clear call to action.
• Teacher-First Storytelling & Localization: You champion the teacher perspective in every campaign and make sure our messages land in each of our core markets (DE, ES, IT, GR, NL, FR), translating meaning and tone, not just words. Together with our Social Media- and content-team, you drive UGC and community-driven storytelling that puts real teachers at the centre.
• Test, Learn & Optimize: You define KPIs and learning goals together with our Marketing Analyst, run structured A/B tests, and monitor live campaigns with curiosity. After every campaign, you lead a retrospective with clear action points and keep dashboards and reporting up to date, so every campaign is smarter than the last.
• Corporate Communications & LinkedIn: You own eduki's LinkedIn presence end-to-end, from editorial calendar and copy to visuals and community management. You turn our educational research and insights into engaging stories, partner with our Founder and Research Lead on their visibility, and support partnership and press communication around key moments.

Your Skills and Expertise

We're looking for a Senior Campaign & Communication Manager (all genders) who is passionate about building a distinctive, teacher-centric brand and who loves turning big ideas into campaigns that actually launch. This is the perfect role for you if:

• You have a proven track record in campaign management and brand marketing: you've planned and delivered integrated, multi-channel campaigns across diverse markets, both brand-building and performance-driven, and can show what you owned and what it achieved.
• You have a strong storytelling instinct and can turn big ideas, research insights, and product stories into teacher-relevant, actionable campaigns and content, ideally in a multi-market or localized content environment.
• You're a coordinator and a doer: you align social, paid, CRM, and creative teams with solid project management (timelines, status updates, checklists), and you know how to brief creatives and guide content creators for organic and paid formats.
• You have hands-on LinkedIn experience: you've managed a brand or corporate presence, from planning and writing to publishing and coordinating visuals.
• You're comfortable with data: you analyse and report on campaign performance and use insights to optimize strategy and execution.
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English, written and verbal.
• Nice-to-have: experience in EdTech, marketplaces, or B2C platforms, UGC or creator partnerships, turning research into accessible stories, ghostwriting for senior leaders, basic performance marketing concepts (e.g. funnels, attribution, ROAS), or language skills for our core markets (ES, IT, GR, NL, FR). All a plus, none a must.

Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany. eduki is a registered employer in Germany, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to German work law.

The gross annual salary will be up to 71,700 EUR.
