Strengthen our Marketing Team in full‑time (40 hrs./week) as Digital Marketing Analyst (m/f/d) within Germany remotely or at one of our office locations. The role focuses on turning marketing, web, and CRM data into actionable insights, driving efficiency with AI solutions, and ensuring data quality through cross‑functional collaboration.

Your Responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end analyses on Web Analytics, Performance Marketing & CRM conversion funnel data to uncover performance drivers, generate insights, and support business decisions.
• Translate insights on user & conversion behaviour into clear, actionable dashboards & reports, empowering marketing & business stakeholders to optimize campaigns, user journeys and site experience.
• Explore, co‑develop, and apply AI‑driven solutions to increase efficiency in analytics, automation and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing Intelligence, Performance Marketing, Engineering, Website, Product) to align KPIs, ensure semantic consistency, and maintain data quality across tracking pipelines and shared analytics products.
• Document key analysis logic, dashboard methodologies, and data definitions to ensure sustainability, transparency and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to internal enablement by helping stakeholders interpret dashboards, use self‑service tools, and develop confidence in working with data.

Your Profile

• Deep understanding of Web Analytics KPIs & event tracking (esp. GA4) with the ability to interpret website user behaviour.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SQL & BigQuery to extract, transform and analyze raw data, connecting top‑of‑funnel user behaviour to bottom‑of‑funnel business results for holistic decision making (Python, dbt are a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to build actionable, easy‑to‑understand dashboards & reports to facilitate data‑driven decisions (Power BI & Looker Studio preferred).
• “AI Mover” mindset with a proactive approach to identifying, testing, and scaling LLM‑assisted data solutions and analytics workflows (e.g. insight generation, automation, code assistance).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams (Data, Performance Marketing, Website, Product) and translate technical data outputs into clear business impact.
• Ability to work independently, manage cross‑functional requests, prioritize based on business value, and communicate clearly and confidently in both English and German.
