Vistex in Walldorf, Germany, is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead design and evolution of complex software systems. You will work with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core on high-availability services and RESTful APIs.

You will own the full lifecycle of solutions, mentor colleagues, and shape architecture while collaborating with Product, QA, and DevOps to support CI/CD, Docker deployments, and cloud platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Six years of experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Proven expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

We are looking for a new colleague in Walldorf with over 6 years of experience in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core and is open to work on-site at least two days per week.

• leading technical analysis and architectural decisions to building scalable, secure .NET applications and RESTful services
• owning the full lifecycle of delivered solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and operational stability
• driving improvements to system architecture, coding standards, and engineering practices
• resolving complex and ambiguous technical problems across components and services
• coaching and mentoring mid-level and junior developers through structured feedback, pairing, and leading high-standard code reviews.
• conducting technical knowledge-sharing sessions and support team capability growth
• partnering with Product, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into robust solutions, supporting CI/CD and containerization practices
• contributing to technical strategy, design discussions, and solution brainstorming
• ensuring application performance, security, and operational stability

Experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core

Proven expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services

Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases

Strong experience with Entity Framework Core and raw SQL optimization

Practical experience with microservices architecture and Docker-based deployments

Good knowledge of cloud platforms and hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS

Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
