Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in fashion buying, incl. off-price apparel purchasing.
• Proven success in negotiating off-price and pre-order partnerships with premium brands.
• Strong commercial acumen and ownership mindset.
• Analytical and data-driven; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

As a Senior Buyer Premium Apparel (all genders) , you own and shape a curated portfolio of premium fashion brands within our exclusive shopping community. You build trusted partnerships with key brand stakeholders, drive commercial excellence, and contribute to the growth of a strategically important category. Your Responsibilities:

• Ownership and strategic development of a premium apparel brand portfolio , including full commercial accountability performance targets.

• Management and expansion of brand partnerships , fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

• Development and execution of buying strategies across off-price and pre-order business, aligned with customer demand, market trends, and commercial objectives.

• Data-drive curation and optimization of a premium assortment , balancing member expectations, commercial potential, and brand positioning while identifying new merchandise opportunities.

• Internal stakeholder management and collaboration with our management, merchandising, operations, pricing, campaigning, and retail.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable business-related field.

• Extensive experience in fashion buying, including substantial expertise in off-price apparel purchasing, ideally across womenswear and menswear categories.

• Proven success in negotiating off-price and pre-order business and building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with premium fashion brands.

• Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and a high degree of ownership in managing business performance and driving portfolio growth.

• Analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to translate business insights into clear priorities and strategic recommendations, complemented by strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in German and English, and willingness to travel regularly to maintain brand relationships and attend industry events and trade fairs.
