Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in business development or sales of digital technology services, including complex IT development projects
• In-depth understanding of commercial or reinsurance including emerging technologies and business models
• Knowledge of technical platforms, business models, subject matter and trends – with a focus on insurance (Group Life & Benefits)
• Proven network within Germany’s Insurance sector (commercial insurance & reinsurance)
• Demonstrated success in shaping and closing complex IT and digital transformation deals
• Ability to craft impactful value propositions and present to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to assess GenAI-driven product opportunities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German and English

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager – Insurance (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt, Berlin or Munich, Germany in a hybrid working mode.

In this role, you will drive new logo acquisition and expand whitespace opportunities within the insurance sector. Acting as a market-facing industry seller, you will leverage your understanding of sector trends, challenges and buying behaviours to identify, engage and convert enterprise clients. You will position EPAM as a strategic partner for transformations in digital, customer experience, data and AI, focusing on net-new revenue generation and expanding underpenetrated accounts through consultative engagement.
