Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager – Financial Services & Banking (m/f/d) to drive net-new revenue from Frankfurt am Main in a hybrid setup.

You will own new logo acquisition, shape strategy with senior stakeholders, and lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in IT sales or BD with Banking clients, a proven track record of winning logos, an executive network, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT sales or business development focused on Financial Services (Banking).
• Proven record of winning new logos and expanding whitespace within accounts.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders in large enterprises.
• German and English language skills are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Established executive-level network within the Banking sector
• Experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders in large enterprises
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field
• AI-driven mindset, with an interest in applying AI to sales strategy and client engagement
