You will operate as a market-facing industry expert, leveraging deep knowledge of sector trends and convert new enterprise clients. You will position EPAM as a trusted strategic partner for digital transformation initiatives, customer experience, data and AI solutions. This is a high-impact role requiring strong consultative selling skills and the ability to shape industry-driven propositions that deliver tangible business value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT sales or business development with a strong focus on Healthcare & Life Sciences (Medtech)
• Proven track record in new logo acquisition and whitespace expansion within sector-specific accounts
• Deep understanding of Healthcare & Life Sciences market dynamics and transformation drivers
• Experience selling complex, multi-service or consulting-led digital engagements
• Strong ability to build pipeline from scratch and deliver against revenue targets
• Established network of senior stakeholders within Medtech organizations
• Strong experience engaging with C-level executives in enterprise environments
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field
• German and English language skills are required for this role
• Nice to have Knowledge of emerging healthcare technologies such as AI, big data and cloud solutions
• Experience working with cloud providers and hyperscalers is preferred
• Experience leading transformation advisory initiatives within Medtech enterprises
