Job summary

Logicc is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to help shape AI applications. You will work in an agile team and directly influence the product used by customers, driving the evolution of our backend stack.

You will own architecture, lead data modeling and migrations, design secure microservices, and mentor engineers while collaborating with stakeholders in English as the working language. Hybrid or remote options in Germany are available, with a salary range of 70,000–80,000€ based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend experience with Go.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and API design.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development and coding agents.

Tasks

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing backend systems with Go
• Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data modeling
• An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands‑on experience with coding agents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English is our working language)
• A high degree of ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and solve complex technical challenges

Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership (people management experience is a plus)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
