Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with Python and FastAPI in backend systems.
• Strong background building scalable backend architectures and APIs.
• Deep knowledge of SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL, with data modeling.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and asynchronous architectures.
• Experience with Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of backend design for performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Independent work ethic, ownership, and drive in a fast-growing company.

The team currently consists of three experienced founders and a young team of developers.

Tasks

• Develop scalable, secure, and reliable back-end systems
• Implement APIs and microservices
• Integrate databases and other external systems with the backend system
• Develop automated tests to ensure code quality and stability
• Monitor and analyze system performance and troubleshoot problems

Requirements

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Python and FastAPI
• Strong experience developing scalable backend systems, APIs, and distributed architectures
• Deep knowledge of SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization
• Experience with RabbitMQ and asynchronous/event-driven architectures
• Experience with Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, performance, reliability, and maintainable software design
• You work independently, take ownership, and are comfortable questioning existing approaches
• You enjoy working in a fast-growing and evolving company
