SCAILE TECHNOLOGIES GmbH in Munich seeks an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a backend focus to scale our Content Engine. You will own architecture end-to-end and collaborate closely with the founding team.

You’ll design backend services and APIs, contribute across the stack, and set up high-throughput workflows while shipping features rapidly in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with languages like Python or Node.js/Typescript.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience in deploying applications using containerization and orchestration tools (such as Docker).
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (min. C1), German is a plus.
• You have a valid work permit to work in Germany.

We just entered a fast growth phase and are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a backend focus to help scale the systems powering our Content Engine. You’ll own architecture end-to-end and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team in Munich.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Low ego, high ownership - you care more about getting it right than being right
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
