Logicc in Hamburg is seeking a Backend Developer to help shape AI applications within an agile team. You will see the direct impact of your work on users while contributing to exciting technology in a fast-growing startup.

The role focuses on building internal tools, optimizing PostgreSQL databases, and enabling data synchronization across systems. You will work on agent-first workflows and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) in an English-speaking environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript.
• An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents.

Tasks

• Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
• Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning
• Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems
• Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
• An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
