Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Senior Auditor (d/f/m) for Supply Chain & Operations to independently conduct international audits across global sites. You will own the end-to-end audit process, assess controls and processes, and advise on improvements while leading cross-functional projects.

The role requires strong analytical skills, an international mindset, and fluency in English, with up to 40% travel to support global locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent university degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Sciences.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain, Operations or SHE.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• International mindset and intercultural communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute international audits in Supply Chain, Operations and SHE.
• Own audit preparation, delivery and follow-up with global sites.
• Assess management systems, controls and policies; develop action plans.
• Lead projects on audit methodology, process optimization and risk management.
• Communicate audit findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior management; guide action implementation.
• Travel internationally up to 40% to support sites and ensure audit coverage.

Senior Auditor (d/f/m) - Supply Chain & Operations

• Independent execution of international audits in the areas of Supply Chain, Operations & SHE across Henkel’s global locations, including full ownership of audit preparation, delivery, and follow-up
• Assessment of the effectiveness of the management system, policies, and key controls, followed by the development of targeted actions to mitigate risks, strengthen compliance, and enhance business processes
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the continuous advancement
• Leadership of dedicated projects focusing on audit methodology, process optimization, and risk management
• Clear and confident communication of audit results to relevant stakeholders – including senior management – while providing guidance during the implementation of defined actions
• Regular international travel of up to 40% to support global sites and ensure consistent audit coverage
