Henkel Ltda in Düsseldorf seeks a Senior Auditor (d/f/m) to independently execute international audits in Supply Chain, Operations and SHE across Henkel’s global locations. You will own audit prep, delivery and follow-up, assess control effectiveness and drive improvement actions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in Supply Chain, Operations or SHE, strong analytical skills, English fluency, and a readiness to travel up to 40% to support global sites.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Sciences.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations or SHE.
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independent execution of international audits in Supply Chain, Operations & SHE across Henkel’s global locations, including audit preparation, delivery and follow-up.
• Assess the effectiveness of the management system, policies, and key controls; develop targeted actions to mitigate risks and improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify improvements and support continuous advancement.
• Lead dedicated projects focusing on audit methodology, process optimization, and risk management.
• Communicate audit results clearly to stakeholders, including senior management, and guide implementation of actions.
• Travel internationally up to 40% to support global sites and ensure consistent audit coverage.

• Independent execution of international audits in the areas of Supply Chain, Operations & SHE across Henkel’s global locations, including full ownership of audit preparation, delivery, and follow-up
• Assessment of the effectiveness of the management system, policies, and key controls, followed by the development of targeted actions to mitigate risks, strengthen compliance, and enhance business processes
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the continuous advancement
• Leadership of dedicated projects focusing on audit methodology, process optimization, and risk management
• Clear and confident communication of audit results to relevant stakeholders – including senior management – while providing guidance during the implementation of defined actions
• Regular international travel of up to 40% to support global sites and ensure consistent audit coverage

• Excellent university degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Sciences
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of Supply Chain, Operations or SHE with knowledge of relevant industry standards and good practices
