Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4–7 years of experience, ideally in commercial operations, financial/risk modelling, pricing, or sales enablement within the energy storage or power sectors
• Ability to understand complex commercial or technical concepts and translate them into business requirements or contract language
• Proficiency in Python or Excel is required
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and drive smaller projects or initiatives end-to-end
• Collaborative, team-player attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with Sales teams and navigate cross-functional workstreams
• English business fluency
• German is a plus
