Greenfields - Corporate Services seeks an experienced (Senior) Associate Compliance to take ownership, drive operational excellence, and make a lasting impact on our growing international client base in Germany. You will lead AML and compliance projects, develop and implement policies and trainings, review reports, and draft recommendations for action.

The role offers hybrid work, international exposure, and opportunities to grow into leadership, with fluent German and English and AFC software

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Law, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Compliance, AML and/or Data Protection, with a track record of managing complex projects and teams.
• Proficiency in using AFC software solutions and familiarity with industry standards.
• Pragmatic, motivated and solutions-orientated, with demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in German & English, with excellent communication skills in both language.

Key responsibilities
