Are you ready to lead and innovate? Greenfields is seeking an experienced (Senior) Compliance Manager to take ownership, drive operational excellence, and make a lasting impact on our growing international client base.

Key responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping our compliance services, mentoring junior colleagues, and growing into a leadership role by completing the following tasks:

• Lead teams and oversee compliance and AML projects
• Conduct and manage comprehensive compliance and AML risk assessments
• Develop and implement compliance or AML policies, processes, and trainings
• Review compliance reports and draft recommendations for action
• Drive initiatives in Financial Services, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance

Your profile

• A degree in Law, Business, Economics, or related field
• Experience in Compliance, AML and/or Data Protection, with a track record of managing complex projects and teams
• Proficiency in using AFC software solutions and familiarity with industry standards
• Pragmatic, motivated and solutions-orientated, with demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in German & English, with excellent communication skills in both language
