Metis Search is working with a leading independent commercial real estate investor in Germany seeking an Investment/Asset Manager for office and logistics assets. You will independently manage a property portfolio, develop leasing strategies and monitor refurbishment projects, while reporting to investors and senior management.

• Develop and implement ESG strategies at asset and portfolio level.
• Support the investment team on acquisitions and disposals (leasing assumptions).
• Collaborate with the team lead on cross-portfolio projects.

The company manages 75+ properties with a multi-billion-euro market value across three offices. It offers flat hierarchies, deep expertise and a high degree of ownership in an entrepreneurial, international team.

The role

• Independently manage a portfolio of commercial properties (office and/or logistics)
• Develop and execute leasing strategies and negotiate lease agreements

The profile

• Degree in business administration, real estate economics, economics or civil engineering
• 3+ years’ experience as an investment/asset manager or commercial broker (office/logistics)
• Proven leasing track record in commercial real estate
• Structured, conceptual way of working; confident with MS Office
• Fluent English (essential); willingness to travel within Germany
• Self-motivated, resilient and hands-on, with strong communication and presentation skills
