Your Role

• You will be responsible for the corporate design and visual implementation of campaigns and content of all kinds. To this end, you will continuously develop and optimize innovative and creative concepts and solutions at a high level.
• In close collaboration with your team lead, you will be primarily responsible for the quality and visual branding of the company's external image, products and advertising materials in various digital and print media.
• You will manage all phases of the creative productions independently - from the strategic conception to the creation of mood boards and style guidelines, through to the actual shoot and production as well as post-production.
• As our on-set art director, you will play a key role in setting the creative direction for productions with external teams and are responsible for ensuring that our concepts and ideas are implemented.
• Working closely with other teams such as the brand, production, graphics and campaign departments, you will develop exceptional and strong designs and ensure that all departments get the visual result they need to reach their full potential.
• In addition to creating and maintaining graphics-specific templates and briefs, you will also be responsible for documenting best practices and maintaining relationships with external partners.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment, ideally in the beauty or e-commerce industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects, including packaging design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Willingness to share your expertise and mentor more junior colleagues.
• A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Solid experience with Adobe creative suite.
