Job summary

flaconi is seeking a motivated Junior Influencer Marketing Manager (all genders) to join our Social Media team in Berlin. You will help execute end-to-end campaigns, discover creators, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across DACH and key European markets.

A passion for social trends and analytics is essential. You will engage nano to macro creators, assist with outreach and negotiations, and support budgets and presentation decks for management reviews.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience or exposure to influencer or social media marketing (internships, working student roles, or personal projects).
• Strong interest in beauty and building authentic brand relationships.
• Fluency in German and English both written and spoken; French or Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube in DACH and EU markets.
• Discover creators, manage outreach, and assist with rate negotiations.
• Brainstorm creative concepts and support budgeting, decks and management reviews.
• Collaborate with Social Ads, PR and Retail Media teams and support creator partnerships.
• Monitor CPM and CPE with analytics tools and generate post-campaign reports.
• Coordinate creator guest lists and assist with events and store openings.
• Spot trends and translate them into actionable brand content.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Influencer Marketing Manager (all genders) to join our dynamic Social Media team at flaconi. In this role, you will help execute end-to-end campaigns, discover and engage creators, and collaborate cross-functionally across DACH and key European markets. Your Role

• Execute End-to-End Campaigns: Support the rollout of Influencer and UGC campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube across the DACH region and expanding EU markets (e.g., France, Poland).
• Creator Discovery & Outreach: Identify creators from nano to macro levels, handle initial outreach, assist with rate negotiations, and build long-term relationships.
• Brainstorming & Pitch Preparation: Contribute creative concepts during campaign planning, track budgets, and help build presentation decks for management reviews.
• Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Social Ads, PR, Retail Media) and support logistics for co-branded creator partnerships.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor key metrics (e.g., CPM, CPE) using analytics tools to help create forecasts and post-campaign performance reports.
• Events & Offline Activation: Manage creator guest lists, handle event administration, and assist with content capture at local events or store openings.
• Trend Spotting: Stay on top of social media trends and propose creative ways to quickly adapt them into actionable brand content.

Your Profile

• Experience: First hands-on experience or exposure to influencer or social media marketing (e.g., through internships, working student roles, or personal projects).
• Educational Background: Recent graduate with a degree or apprenticeship in Media, Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Social Media Native: Deep passion for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong pulse on Gen Z/Millennial trends and the DACH creator landscape.
• Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of digital marketing/e-commerce KPIs and an eagerness to learn influencer analytics tools.
• Soft Skills: Structured, proactive, and open-minded team player with strong time management skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French or Polish is a plus.
• Industry Interest: Strong interest in beauty and passion for building authentic brand relationships.
