SIXT is seeking a (Senior) Analyst Dynamic Pricing (m/f/d) to drive dynamic pricing and strategic development across our European rental business. You will analyze markets, apply customer-centric pricing, and collaborate with Yield Management, Product Development and Commercial Analytics to optimize revenue.

The role requires a university degree in economics/management or related apprenticeship, plus experience in pricing or business development.

• Strong interest in pricing, strategy or business development with some working experience.
• Proficient in Excel; SQL or AWS Athena knowledge is a plus.

• Analyze local market trends to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Understand price elasticity and translate customer insights into strategic actions.
• Prepare regular performance reviews to refine pricing strategy.
• Serve as a central contact for Yield Management, Product Development and Commercial Analytics.
• Support continuous development and optimization of pricing strategies with cross-functional teams.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for the dynamic pricing of our pickup branches and pools within the Dynamic Pricing team
• You analyze local market trends and identify growth opportunities for revenue maximization through leveraging customer-centric pricing strategies
• You understand the concept of price elasticities and independently generate strategic calls-to-action from customer behavior insights
• You prepare regular performance reviews to identify further development opportunities within our dynamic pricing strategy
• You are a central point of contact for our Yield Management, Product Development and Commercial Analytics department
• You support the continuous development and optimization of our pricing strategies and processes in cooperation with various teams

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have successfully graduated from university with a focus on economics/management or completed a commercial apprenticeship with an additional qualification
• Experience You have a high interest in pricing, strategy or business development and some working experience, ideally in this field
• Tools You have very good knowledge in working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), knowledge about SQL queries or AWS Athena would be a plus
• Soft Skills You are solution-oriented and determined with an impact-driven mindset, you are motivated to optimize existing strategies and enjoy working in a dynamic team
• Languages You have an excellent command of written and spoken English, ideally also German. Additional languages would be a plus
