Zusammenfassung

SIXT is seeking an experienced finance professional to partner with business unit leaders, delivering analyses, forecasts and reporting that guide strategic decisions. You will build financial models, run scenario analyses, and participate in budgeting cycles to drive growth and efficiency.

Fluent German and English are required. The role offers a hybrid work model in Germany's Bavaria region with a range of benefits including mobility allowances and AI-enabled tools to support your work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in controlling, financial planning, or management consulting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with solid financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) and SQL is a plus.
