M2Consulting is seeking a Head of Affiliates to lead our affiliate marketing efforts in the online casino space. This leadership role focuses on building a solid strategy, growing the affiliate network, and ensuring compliant, competitive operations.

You'll manage recruitment, nurture relationships with affiliates, monitor performance metrics, and mentor a team of affiliate/account managers to drive growth while staying aligned with market trends and regulatory updates.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience in the iGaming or online casino space.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to derive meaningful insights.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.

Were looking for a friendly, driven, and data-savvy Head of Affiliates to lead our affiliate marketing efforts in the online casino space. This is a key leadership role focused on building a solid strategy, growing our affiliate network, and keeping everything running smoothly all while making sure we're compliant and competitive.

This position is onsite, in Prague and requires knowledge if European, Canadian and New Zealand and AustralianAffiliate Markets. Relocation assistance and work permit will be provided to the right candidate.

What you'll be doing:

• Crafting and rolling out a smart, results-driven affiliate strategy to boost traffic, engagement, and player acquisition.
• Scouting, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier affiliates to expand our reach.
• Nurturing strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and being their go-to contact for anything from promos to performance updates.
• Keeping a close eye on performance metrics and trends, using insights to fine-tune whats working (and fix whats not).
• Negotiating fair, motivating commission structures and ensuring payments go out on time and without a hitch.
• Leading and mentoring a team of affiliate/account managers with a hands-on, supportive approach.
• Staying sharp on market trends, legal updates, and competitor activity to keep our strategy fresh and fully compliant.
• Teaming up with CRM, social, and other marketing folks to keep messaging consistent and campaigns aligned.

What were looking for:

• At least 4 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience in the iGaming or online casino world.
• A solid head for data you love digging into numbers and pulling out what really matters.
• A confident negotiator with great people skills and a talent for building rapport.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to keep a team motivated and on-track.
• Ideally, a degree in Marketing, Business, or something similar.
• Excellent English level, additional languages are a plus.
