Zusammenfassung

Germany / Bayreuth: CYBEX seeks a finance professional to manage IFRS and HGB reporting for EMEA entities and coordinate group reporting to China. You will oversee group consolidation tasks and ensure accuracy of monthly closes.

The role requires SAP FI/CO expertise, LucaNet experience, and a proven track record in audits, VAT and corporate tax topics, with fluent German and English and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Accounting, Auditing, Tax Consulting, or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP (HGB).
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO gained in a General Ledger Accounting environment.
• Excellent Excel skills with complex data analyses, reconciliations, and reporting files.
• Experience with LucaNet and group consolidation processes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for IFRS and HGB.
• Submit monthly group reporting packages to corporate headquarters in China.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks within the group consolidation process.
• Analyze and resolve accounting-related issues while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
• Serve as a key contact for external auditors during audits and reviews.
• Support tax-related matters, including VAT and corporate income tax topics.
• Coordinate and lead General Ledger and Finance projects across the Goodbaby Group.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and reporting standards.
