CYBEX GMBH, a leading child safety and lifestyle brand, seeks a Senior Finance professional to own the Retail P&L and partner with Retail leadership to drive profitability and sustainable growth. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to deliver robust financial results.

The role requires 5+ years in senior finance within retail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Aufgaben

• Act as Finance owner of the Retail P&L, partnering with Retail leadership to drive profitability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance management processes.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools to support fact-based decision-making.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, and disciplined management of operating expenses and investments.
• Ensure effective management of working capital, inventory performance, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial regulations, governance standards, and internal controls.
• Support retail expansion, store openings, relocations, and investment cases through robust business planning and financial analysis.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, IT, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.
• Ensure fulfillment of all contractual financial obligations through effective governance, financial control, and stakeholder alignment.
