PSA Sicherheitsmanagement GmbH is seeking Security Officers (m/f/d) for an international technology partner in Munich. The role combines professional security with high-level guest service in a modern corporate setting, starting 1 December 2026.

Applicants should have security qualifications (§34a GewO or higher), German C1 and English B2, and relevant experience in security or customer-facing roles. PSA coordinates recruitment; contracts are with ESD.

Reception & Guest Services

• Welcome employees, visitors, service providers, and international guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve as a central point of contact for reception, information, and general office services.
• Handle inquiries in person, by telephone, via email, and through internal corporate communication channels.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service in line with the client’s premium corporate environment.

Security & Access Management

• Administer, issue, and collect visitor and employee ID cards and access badges.
• Verify identities and monitor access authorizations in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct bag inspections in line with applicable operational guidelines.
• Identify, document, and report irregularities or security-related incidents promptly and professionally.

Office Coordination & Teamwork

• Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks while ensuring reliable and structured execution.
• Support the preparation, organization, and on-site coordination of corporate events.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Collaborate closely with the client, employees, service providers, colleagues, and management.
• Consistently comply with applicable security, service, and quality standards.

Your Profile

• At least one year of professional experience in the security industry or several years of experience in a customer-facing service role.
• Valid qualification under § 34a GewO (German Trade Regulation Act) or a higher security qualification.
• Valid security guard ID, where required for the position.
• Police clearance certificate without relevant entries.
• Excellent German language skills (C1 level).
• Good English language skills (at least B2 level, spoken and written).
• A strong service mindset and a genuine passion for professional guest interaction.
• A friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, discreet manner.
• Confident use of email, digital communication tools, and standard office applications.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Enjoyment of working in an international environment with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
