We are recruiting Security Officers (m/f/d) in Ludwigsfelde & Mittenwalde, Brandenburg, for our global clients. This role involves ensuring safe and secure working environments.

Job Description

Your core tasks as a Security Officer include:

• Enforcement of security standards
• Reception & front‑of‑house duties
• Locking controls within the building, preventive fire protection, and handling notification and reporting systems
• Working hours: 06:00 – 18:00 & 18:00 – 06:00 or 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00 & 22:00 – 06:00

Qualifications

• Security Guard IHK Examination according to §34a GewO (Sachkundeprüfung gem. §34a GewO)
• Interpersonal and communication skills in English (B1‑C2) and German (B2‑C2)
• Good computer skills & excellent customer service skills
• Preferably, but not required: qualification NSL‑Fachkraft (Notruf‑ und Serviceleitstellen/emergency call and service control centres)
• Willingness for a comprehensive security check
• Good manners, well‑groomed, confident & proactive attitude
• Experience as a team leader is an advantage
• Proficiency in answering phones, emails and using standard IT systems
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Driving licence code B, own transport desirable
• Willingness to support the client beyond basic duties
