Qualifications

Security guard (m/f/d) for surveillance/access control

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for monitoring security and access control systems and ensuring security on the premises. You will conduct regular inspection rounds, identify security risks early, and respond quickly to incidents. You will support visitors and employees as needed, ensure compliance with security regulations, and record all relevant incidents. You will also be responsible for controlling pedestrian and vehicle traffic at the entrance areas and preventing unauthorized access. In emergency situations, you will immediately initiate initial measures and cooperate with emergency services and other security teams to bring the situation under control.

Qualifications

Ideally, you have completed training as a specialist in protection and security or a comparable qualification. A specialist examination according to Section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO) is an advantage, but we also welcome dedicated career changers. You are characterized by reliability, attentiveness, and a high level of commitment. You are also physically fit and resilient, allowing you to keep a clear head even in challenging situations. You are willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends. Fluent written and spoken German skills and a well-groomed appearance round out your profile.
