Zusammenfassung

Hager Deutschland’s SPM department seeks a senior professional to shape quality and product management for global markets. You will lead Agile coaching of Scrum teams, drive continuous improvement, and align product information processes with business goals.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Content Enrichment, and Publication teams, ensure effective quality management, and support international stakeholders with strong facilitation and communication.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Management, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Quality Management, Process Management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Certification and/or practical experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum (e.g., Scrum Master).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Experience with Product Information Management systems, ideally STIBO STEP.
• Excellent English language skills; German and/or French are considered an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Drive Agile ways of working across the global Product Information organization by coaching teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles and practices.
• Facilitate collaboration, transparency, and self-organization within virtual and cross-functional teams.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and operational excellence.
• Define, implement, and continuously optimize quality management processes to ensure efficient and customer-centric Product Information delivery.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen quality performance.
• Act as a key enabler between Engineering, Content Enrichment, Value Assurance, Publication, and other stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes.
