Zusammenfassung

Hager Group in Blieskastel is seeking a DAM Expert (m/f/d) to join our SPM department on a permanent basis. You will manage the Digital Asset Management system for product data and support global product information needs.

Collaborating with local marketing and the global team, you will ensure asset integrity, metadata quality, and efficient retrieval while guiding users and maintaining licensing and expiry controls. English proficiency is essential; German/French helpful.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
• English proficiency required; German/French a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain the Digital Asset Management system for product-related data and content.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams and global product management to support asset needs.
• Validate assets with naming conventions, metadata, licenses and expiry dates.
• Support DAM users, troubleshoot issues, and optimize user experience in collaboration with DAM support.
• Link assets to publication structures (e-catalogs, webshops) and define quality standards with the Publication team.
• Contribute to content creation activities and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy rules.

We are currently looking for our future DAM Expert (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

Mission

• Manage and maintain the Digital Asset Management system for product-related data, information, and content, ensuring asset integrity and efficient retrieval.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams and global product management to understand asset needs and support effective DAM usage.
• Validate digital assets by ensuring naming conventions, metadata, license structures, and expiry dates are correctly applied and secured.
• Act as DAM expert user by supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the user experience in close collaboration with DAM support.
• Link digital assets to publication structures such as e-catalogs and webshops, and define quality standards together with the Publication team.
• Contribute to content creation activities and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy rules.

Profile

• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Information Management, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German and/or French language skills are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
