CNT Management Consulting AG is seeking a SAP Technical Architect / Team Lead Development (all genders) for Munich hybrid work. Lead a second SAP development team in Germany and drive high-quality ABAP/FIORI/BTP projects, while mentoring consultants and engaging in pre-sales activities.

You will collaborate with SAP Germany and clients across Europe, demanding strong German/English fluency and a strategic, customer-focused mindset. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Responsibilities

Building and leading a second SAP development team in Germany.

Planning, developing and implementing high‑quality software solutions in SAP ABAP / FIORI / BTP projects.

• Building and further developing Clean Core competencies within the team, both in advising customers and in the practical implementation of Clean Core architectures.

Contributing to full‑stack development, from programming server‑based system solutions to developing user interfaces.

Writing efficient code in accordance with SAP best practices and coding standards.

Responsibility for pre‑sales activities and identifying customer needs, as well as developing tailored solutions.

Maintaining and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers.

• Active participation in the sales cycle by technically evaluating customer requirements and supporting proposal development and solution presentations.

Shaping business relationships with our partners, particularly SAP Germany.

Mentoring our young professionals and taking technical responsibility for consultants.

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of ABAP / FIORI / BTP with more than 8 years of experience.

Knowledge of “ABAP Cloud” development and an understanding of the “Clean Core” strategy.
