Your Role

As SAP Development Team Lead, you'll take ownership of building high-impact SAP Add-Ons that solve real-world challenges in finance and operations. You'll lead a talented engineering team, drive technical excellence, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using technologies like ABAP, RAP, Fiori, and BTP.

You'll balance hands‑on development with strategic leadership, collaborating closely with stakeholders and architecture teams to align product goals and technical direction. Your role is both technical and human - empowering your team while shaping the future of SAP development.

What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field - or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in SAP development (ABAP required; RAP, BTP, Fiori are strong assets)
• 2+ years of experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects
• A strong technical foundation and willingness to stay hands‑on when needed
• Excellent communication skills and a supportive, structured leadership style
• Fluency in English; German at B2 level is a plus (language support available)
