Job summary

CNT Management Consulting AG in Mainz sucht eine erfahrene SAP SD-Beraterin bzw. -Berater im Hybrid-Modell. Sie beraten Kunden in SAP SD-Projekten, identifizieren Bedürfnisse und entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Lösungen, führen Workshops und sorgen für die Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen.

Sie mentoren jüngere Fachkräfte, tragen Verantwortung für Beraterteams und arbeiten aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von Hard‑ und Soft Skills. Reisebereitschaft und Deutsch/Englisch fließend runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Selbstständige, kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in SAP SD, idealerweise mit mehr als 5 Jahren Erfahrung.
• Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung und Beratungskompetenz.
• Hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft.
• Offene und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit wird erwartet.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse im Geschäftsverkehr.

Responsibilities

• Beratung unserer Kunden innerhalb SAP SD‑Projekten, Bedarf erkennen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen entwickeln.
• Technische Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen.
• Aktive Teilnahme an CNT ‑ Competence Teams.
• Leitung von Kundenworkshops und Präsentationen.
• Mentoring unserer jungen Professionals und fachliche Verantwortung für Berater.
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Hard‑ und Soft Skills.

What your tasks are:

• Advising our customers within SAP SD projects, identifying customer needs and developing customized solutions.
• Technical implementation of our customer requirements.
• Active participation in the CNT - Competence Teams.

• Continuous further training of hard and soft skills.

What experience you should have:

• Independent, customer and solution‑oriented work.
• Excellent know‑how in the modules SD with more than 5 years of experience.
• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation.
• Business fluent in German and English.
