Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced SAP SD OTC Business Process Consultant for a 3-month assignment in Germany, with on-site and remote work. You will help collect, assess and design SD OTC and MDM processes as part of an SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout, without performing technical customization.

You will lead workshops, capture requirements, provide solution proposals, and serve as a bridge between business and technical teams across international / European projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP SD OTC processes.
• Strong experience with master data management (MDM).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects preferred.

SAP SD OTC/MDM Business Process Consultant - 3+ months - on site and remote- Start October For our international client, we are currently looking for an experienced SD OTC Process Consultant with additional experience in MDM Processes.Your main task is to support the customer in the collection, assessment and design of SD OTC as well as MDM processes as part of an SAP S/4 Hana implementation and rollout.S/4 HANA project experience is preferred. You will not be doing any customization or technical work on SAP. Tasks: \\* Act as SAP SD OTC Business Process Consultant\\* Support in MDM Processes\\* Act as bridge between business and technical as well as implementation team \\* Collect, assess and process SD OTC as well as MDM business requirements from business counterparts \\* Provide guidance and solution proposals\\* Support client's S/4 HANA roll outs\\* Lead workshops and explain template solution \\* Identify gaps\\* Partner with tech teams for solution design, development and implementation of new functionalities\\* Create test scripts and training material\\* Cutover management & Hypercare\\* Internal and external stakeholder management and communication Requirements: \\* Long-term project experience in Business Process /process solution design and delivery \\* Long-term project experience in SAP SD OTC\\* Strong MDM process experience (incl. customer and article master data)\\* SAP S/4 Hana project experience - preferred \\* Very good knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in Wholesale, Retail and/or E-Commerce \\* Project experience in international projects for European businesses\\* Experience in the retail, fashion or consumer goods industry - highly beneficial\\* Fluency in English Project details: \\* Start: October \\* Duration: 3 months (+ option to extend) \\* Workload: 5 days per week \\* Location: Hybrid, on site work in Germany approx. 2-3 days/week every other week or for critical workshops & onboarding, rest can be done remotely \\* Languages: Fluency in English, German language skills nice to have
