Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced DTC Process Consultant to support an SAP S/4HANA rollout for an international client. You will collect, assess and design DTC processes, bridging business and technical teams, and lead workshops.

The role requires deep knowledge of Wholesale/Retail/E‑Commerce, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English. Work is hybrid with on-site Germany presence 2–3 days per week; start October for 3 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Long-term project experience in Business Process /process solution design and delivery.
• Long-term project experience in SAP DTC (direct to consumer) process is a must.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and market places as well as Retail, POS integrations and stock transfers is essential.
• SAP S/4 Hana project experience - preferred.
• Very good knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in Wholesale, Retail and/or E-Commerce.
• Project experience in international projects for European businesses.
• Experience in the retail, fashion or consumer goods industry - highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English.

DTC (Direct to Consumer) Business Process Consultant - 3+ months - on site and remote- Start October For our international client, we are currently looking for an experienced DTC Process Consultant.Your main task is to support the customer in the collection, assessment and design of DTC (direct to consumer) processes as part of an SAP S/4 Hana implementation and rollout project.S/4 HANA project experience is preferred. You will not be doing any customization or technical work on SAP.
