Are you a Lead SAP Logistics Consultant who enjoys turning complex supply chain requirements into smart S/4HANA solutions, leading your own projects, and helping the next generation of consultants grow? Then this could be your next big move.
We're partnered with a fast-growing SAP consultancy in Hamburg that brings business and technology together to create lasting value for its customers. They’re building a team of open-minded people and a workplace where great work and real enjoyment go hand in hand, and they’re looking for an experienced SAP Logistics lead to help shape what comes next.
The Role
- Turn smart processes into efficient solutions. You’ll combine the full capabilities of SAP S/4HANA with each client’s real‑world requirements and circumstances.
- Mentor. You’ll guide and support up and coming talent as they train to become skilled SAP consultants.
- Own your projects end to end. You’ll lead projects independently and design SAP solutions, whether standard or custom‑built, then bring them to life with a team of consultants, junior consultants and developers.
- Lead the S/4HANA journey. You’ll advise clients on their move to SAP S/4HANA, using either a greenfield or brownfield approach.
- Build lasting client relationships. You’ll look after your own client portfolio and keep evolving their processes and SAP landscape with them.
- Leave your mark. This is a young, ambitious company where your ideas and wishes genuinely help shape its direction.
You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in at least one SAP logistics module, working with mid‑size and/or enterprise clients
- A genuine passion for sharing your knowledge and helping junior colleagues grow into SAP consultants
- An open, approachable personality and excellent communication skills
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel for projects, mainly to regional clients in and around Hamburg
- Prefer part‑time? That can be arranged too.
What’s On Offer
- High‑profile projects with well‑known mid‑size and enterprise clients
- Freedom and flexibility to fit work around your personal plans and goals
- Less time on the road thanks to a regional client focus, plus hybrid working with home office
- Continuous growth through training (including SAP Learning Hub access), time for further education, official SAP certifications, and visits to leading industry events such as TechEd and DSAG
- Real work‑life balance with time off in lieu, the option to reduce your hours, and a company fitness membership with access to thousands of gyms and studios across Germany
- Great extras including regular team events, bike leasing, a public transport pass, employee discounts and company electric cars
