Zusammenfassung

KWS Group is a Berlin-based analytics role focusing on translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions. You will optimize data pipelines across ERP, S2P, and vendor master data, while implementing governance standards.

Join cross-functional teams to define KPIs, support process mining, and drive adoption of analytics across the S2P landscape. Fluent English is required, German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics, economics, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in Procurement, Finance, S2P, or Spend Analytics environments.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and large datasets.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, SAP SAC, Datasphere) and process mining (Celonis).
• Strong SQL skills and analytical mindset.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Translate business requirements into analytics solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Operate and optimize data pipelines for ERP, S2P, AP, and vendor master data per governance standards.
• Perform diagnostic and predictive analyses to identify value levers (price/volume variance, payment term optimization).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPI standards and data dictionaries.
• Support process mining and advanced analytics use cases (Celonis) to uncover inefficiencies.
• Monitor S2P analytics landscape for stability, scalability, and compliance.
• Drive adoption and change management for analytics solutions across S2P.
• Build functional analytics capabilities within the S2P organization.

• Operate and optimize data pipelines for ERP, S2P suite, AP, and vendor master data, following governance and master data management standards
• Perform diagnostic and predictive analyses to identify value levers, such as price/volume variance and payment term optimization
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPI standards, maintain data dictionaries, and ensure a single source of truth
• Support process mining and advanced analytics use cases, such as Celonis, to uncover inefficiencies
• Monitor and manage the Source-to-Pay (S2P) analytics landscape for stability, scalability, and compliance
• Drive adoption and change management for analytics solutions across S2P
• Build functional analytics capabilities within the S2P organization

• Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience working with large datasets and translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, SAP SAC, Datasphere) and process mining (Celonis)
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive approach
• Fluent English
