Xebia Germany is seeking an experienced SAP Financials / Integration Architect to join our team as SAP FICO Architect. This senior role combines deep SAP FICO expertise with strong integration and architectural experience.

You will design SAP S/4HANA Financials, own cross‑module integration within FICO, and guide complex SAP projects from planning through UAT while collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field.
• Deep expertise in SAP FICO, with hands-on configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Controlling, AP, AR, Bank Interfaces, Profitability Analysis, Tax and Treasury.
• Good understanding of SAP SD and MM and their integration with Finance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA 1909 or later.
• Experience with Fiori, BPC, SAC and/or AO.
• At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Proven experience leading SAP integration and architecture activities.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear solutions for business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

Aufgaben

• Designing and configuring SAP S/4HANA Financials, including General Ledger, Asset Accounting, AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, RAR, Lease Management, Project Costing, Results Analysis and Profitability Analysis
• Owning cross-module integration within FICO, as well as integration with BW, BPC, PTP and OTC processes
• Acting as a technical owner for ERP integration and overall SAP S/4HANA design
• Working with business and technical leads to plan and deliver complex SAP projects
• Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement across SAP and financial systems
• Supporting SAP upgrades, support packs, production issues and system improvements
• Investigating root causes and providing solutions through configuration, SAP Notes and development recommendations
• Creating functional specifications and working closely with development teams
• Leading system integration testing and supporting business users through UAT
• Mentoring and coaching SAP technical and business team members
• Managing risks, issues, priorities and deliverables to ensure successful project and production support outcomes

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Financials professional to join our team as a SAP FICO Architect

This is a senior role for someone who combines deep SAP FICO expertise with strong integration and architecture experience, and who is comfortable working with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
