Zusammenfassung

Next Ventures seeks a senior SAP FICO Solution Lead/Architect to support finance transformation initiatives across ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The role requires leadership in workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design and implementation for large-scale SAP FICO projects.

German speaking is mandatory, with 12+ years SAP FICO experience. Location includes Germany / Austria / Europe, with 6–12 month engagement. English proficiency is also required.

Qualifikationen

• Requires deep SAP FI/CO expertise covering GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-CCA/PCA and COPA.
• Strong background in Product Costing, Material Ledger, and profitability analysis.
• Experience with RE-FX and SAP Credit Management/FSCM is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design and implementation for SAP FICO projects.
• Define architecture and lead multi-team SAP FICO transformations in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive finance transformation initiatives.

Role

We are looking for a senior SAP FICO Solution Lead/Architect to support finance transformation initiatives across ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Requirements

• Strong SAP FI/CO expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-CCA/PCA and COPA
• Strong Product Costing, Material Ledger and profitability analysis experience
• Experience with RE-FX and SAP Credit Management/FSCM
• Strong understanding of IFRS, local GAAP and financial controls
• Experience designing solutions for manufacturing/process industry
• Proven experience leading workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design and implementation
• Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
• S/4HANA transformation and RISE with SAP experience desirable
• Multiple end-to-end SAP implementations preferred
