Next Ventures is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Team Lead / Senior Consultant for a long-term S/4HANA Greenfield implementation in Germany. English is mandatory, with remote work and occasional onsite visits.

The role focuses on leading FICO workstreams, coordinating teams, gathering requirements, and driving design, configuration, testing, and deployment across Finance and Controlling functions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in SAP FI and SAP CO in depth.
• Proven leadership of SAP FICO teams and workstreams.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance and controlling processes.
• Experience with design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite in Germany when required.

Aufgaben

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams within a large-scale S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure milestones are delivered.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong Team Lead capabilities to join an ongoing long-term project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations and possess strong business process knowledge across Finance and Controlling functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams within a large-scale S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Drive process design, solution architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to functional consultants and project team members.
• Support system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Participate in onsite workshops and client meetings in Germany when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling) modules.
• Proven experience leading SAP FICO teams and managing functional workstreams.
• Hands-on experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation project.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance and controlling business processes.
• Experience with solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
