Zusammenfassung

Dabster in Bayern, Germany seeks an experienced SAP FICO specialist (S/4HANA) to lead the finance stream, drive end-to-end processes, and mentor finance stakeholders across the organization.

You will document requirements, advise best practices, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and value realization post go-live.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with SAP FICO in S/4HANA; 2+ full-cycle S/4 implementations.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture and finance data models.
• Experience with Fiori, ACDOCA, Universal Journal, and embedded reporting.
• Ability to write or review functional specs (WRICEF).
• Experience with integration technologies (IDoc, BAPI, OData).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership in large/global teams and project delivery.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Finance stream and conduct workshops with CFOs and finance teams.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and document business requirements.
• Advise on SAP S/4 best practices for Finance & Controlling.
• Design end-to-end financial processes: GL, AP/AR, AA, CO, etc.
• Drive integration between Finance and MM, SD, PP, and other modules.
• Collaborate with ABAP team on WRICEF developments.
• Prepare specs, configuration docs, test scripts, training materials.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users.
• Drive continuous improvement with analytics and KPIs.

• Leading the Finance Stream and Conduct workshops with finance stakeholders (CFO, Controllers, Treasury, AP/AR teams).
• Perform fit-gap analysis and document business requirements.
• Advise on SAP S/4 best practices for Finance & Controlling.
• Lead design of end-to-end financial processes, including:
  • General Ledger (New GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Controlling (CO) – CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders
  • Bank Accounting & Cash Management
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
  • Product Costing
• Drive integration between Finance and other modules like MM, SD, PP, PS, EWM, SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba, Treasury systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams for interfaces, IDocs, AIF, middleware, and third party integrations.
• Experience with:
  • Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
  • New Asset Accounting
  • Margin Analysis (PCA/CO-PA)
  • Central Finance (optional but preferred)
  • Embedded Analytics, Fiori apps, CDS views
• Project Delivery by leading and execute all SAP Activate phases:
  • Prepare functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities.
  • Collaborate with ABAP team on WRICEF developments.
  • Work with senior finance leadership and business process owners.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
  • Ensure smooth change management and adoption across the organization.
  • Provide L3 support and solution enhancements post go-live.
  • Recommend improvements, automation opportunities, and process optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement using analytics and KPI monitoring.

• Must Have experience in SAP FICO including S/4HANA with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4 implementations
