ARX Robotics GmbH is seeking an SAP Finance Specialist to architect and own our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. You will ensure flawless operation as we scale, shaping the financial backbone of a leading European deep-tech company.

As the functional expert for FI, CO, and Concur, you translate business needs into robust solutions, enabling data-driven decisions, compliance, and scalable processes across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant or specialist.
• Deep functional knowledge of S/4HANA, ideally in a Public Cloud environment.
• Solid foundation in core FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO principles.
• English business fluency; German language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and enhance SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO processes.
• Drive projects on the S/4HANA platform, including rollouts and optimizations.
• Troubleshoot posting errors, integration issues, and period-end closes.
• Shape reporting and budgeting through CO for forecasting and variance analysis.
• Own SAP Concur and optimize travel and expense workflows end-to-end.
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS; partner with stakeholders.

As our SAP Finance Specialist, you will be the architect of the financial systems that power ARX Robotics' growth. You will take ownership of our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment, ensuring it operates flawlessly as we scale. This isn't just a maintenance role; it's an opportunity to build, optimize, and innovate, shaping the financial backbone of a leading European deep-tech company.

You will act as the key functional expert for our core finance (FI), controlling (CO), and expense management (Concur) processes. By translating business needs into robust technical solutions, your work will directly enable data-driven decisions, ensure compliance, and support our mission to deliver cutting-edge autonomous systems.

What You'll Build

• Own and enhance our core SAP FI modules, including the General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (AA).
• Drive key projects on our S/4HANA platform, from system enhancements and optimizations to major rollouts.
• Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting complex posting errors, integration issues, and period-end-close challenges.
• Shape our Controlling (CO) processes to deliver clear insights for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Act as the functional owner for SAP Concur, optimizing our travel and expense workflows from end to end.
• Ensure our financial systems remain compliant with local GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into scalable, effective system solutions.

What You Bring

• A strong track record of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant or specialist.
• Deep functional knowledge of S/4HANA, ideally in a Public Cloud environment.
• A solid foundation in core FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and an understanding of CO principles.
• A proactive and independent mindset, with the ability to take ownership and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• An analytical and structured approach to translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Business fluency in English is essential for this role; German language skills are a significant plus.
• Experience with SAP Concur, BTP, or Fiori would be a strong advantage.
