You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external SAP partners, maintain roadmaps, and proactively manage risks. English fluency is essential; German is a plus, with hybrid work options available.

About The Role

As our SAP Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the evolution of our core business systems. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical SAP projects, ensuring the digital backbone of ARX Robotics is scalable, efficient, and robust. This role is your opportunity to build and shape the processes that power a leading European deep-tech company. You will act as the central orchestrator, bridging the gap between our internal business needs, external implementation partners, and the technical realities of our S/4HANA landscape. In our fast-moving environment, you won't just be managing projects; you'll be building the operational framework that enables our mission and accelerates our growth.

What You'll Build

• Lead high-impact SAP projects from initial concept and planning through to successful go-live and adoption.
• Create and manage clear project roadmaps, ensuring timelines, milestones, and risks are visible and proactively controlled.
• Orchestrate the work of internal teams and external SAP partners to ensure seamless and on-time delivery.
• Serve as the key communication hub, translating business requirements into actionable project plans for all stakeholders.
• Develop and refine the governance and operational standards for our internal SAP practice.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within our business systems.
• Stay hands-on with the system, ready to dive into testing or troubleshooting to keep projects moving forward.

What You Bring

• A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex SAP projects.
• A solid functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA - you know how the system works, not just how to manage a project around it.
• Experience skillfully managing relationships with both internal business leaders and external implementation partners.
• A background in designing and implementing effective process governance within an SAP environment.
• An organized, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can build and shape new processes.
• Business fluency in English is essential for this role; German language skills are a significant plus.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate, Concur, or BTP, and project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are all valuable assets.
