Zusammenfassung

ARX Robotics GmbH is seeking a Quality Manager to shape and strengthen processes ensuring our products, suppliers, and operations meet the highest standards.

You'll work with engineering, operations, supply chain, and leadership to build a scalable quality culture in a defense technology environment and contribute to operational excellence and customer trust.

Qualifikationen

• Strong fluency in both English and German.
• Experience in quality management within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, audits, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience planning and conducting internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of supplier quality management and supply chain quality processes.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA in a quality, operations, or supply chain environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and commercial teams.
• A structured and analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence managing documentation, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence, customer trust, and the long-term success of our systems in the field.

What You'll Build
