ARX Robotics GmbH seeks a Senior Treasury Manager to own liquidity, cash flow planning, and financial risk strategy in a fast-scaling defense tech environment. You will report to the Director of Finance and lead treasury operations across Europe, shaping the treasury function to enable ambitious growth.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring collaboration with procurement, commercial teams, and banking partners.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 7+ years in treasury or corporate finance with significant responsibility.
• Strong cash management, financial instruments, and banking products knowledge.
• Proven cash flow forecasting and working capital management experience.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and modern treasury tools; advanced Excel skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented and practical problem-solver.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment with initiative.
• Excellent English and German communications skills.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in defense or regulated industries.

Aufgaben

• Own liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and long-term liquidity planning.
• Lead intercompany cash flow optimization and cash pooling structures.
• Produce treasury reports on cash, debt, covenants, and KPIs (DSO, DPO, working capital).
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and account administration.
• Develop hedging strategies and risk management for FX and interest rates.
• Drive working capital initiatives with procurement and commercial teams.
• Ensure treasury operations comply with defense industry regulations and sanctions.

We're seeking a Senior Treasury Manager, to own and shape the company's liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk strategy. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will have a direct impact on our financial health in a fast-scaling defense technology environment.

This is a senior hands-on role where you will do more than just manage - you will lead & build. You'll be at the center of financial operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership, creating the treasury function that supports our ambitious growth.

WhatYou’llBuild

• A scalable cash and liquidity management framework, from daily cash positions to long-term forecasting.
• Optimized cash pooling and intercompany cash flow structures that grow with the business.
• Insightful treasury reports covering cash positions, debt levels, covenant compliance, and key performance indicators like DSO, DPO, and working capital.
• Strong, collaborative banking relationships, where you'll negotiate terms, manage credit facilities, and oversee all account administration.
• Robust hedging strategies and risk frameworks to protect against FX, interest rate, and counterparty exposures.
• Working capital initiatives developed with procurement and commercial teams, including payment terms, advance payment structures, and guarantees.
• Compliant treasury operations that align with the specific regulatory, sanctions, and export control requirements of the defense industry.

What You Bring

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a treasury or corporate finance role where you've taken on significant responsibility.
• A strong grasp of cash management, financial instruments, and banking products.
• Proven experience with cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and modern treasury management tools, along with advanced Excel skills.
• A structured, detail-oriented mindset combined with a practical, solution-focused approach to getting things done.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment where you can adapt and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German are required.
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, ideally within a defense or similarly regulated industry.
