ABOUT YOU is seeking a senior SAP leader to drive end-to-end integration across O2C, R2R and P2P, aligning with an overarching SAP strategy to support enterprise KPIs. You will partner with Executive Leadership to steer investments toward high-impact SAP initiatives and standardize a Shared Responsibilities framework across teams including sprint management and UAT excellence.

You will lead Functional Product Managers, MDM experts, and Data Analysts to ensure a reliable Single Source of Truth

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in SAP, Run and Optimize phases of the lifecycle.
• Deep end-to-end understanding of O2C, R2R and P2P integration.
• Manage enhancements and patches without compromising scalability.
• Balance multiple domain roadmaps with maintenance, compliance and innovation.
• Strategic partner for Finance & Accounting translating requirements into SAP solutions.
• Experience with agile or DevOps with focus on continuous product optimization.
• Leads Functional Product Managers, MDM experts, and Data Analysts toward a Single Source of Truth.

Job Description

• Synchronizing the functional workstreams (O2C, R2R, P2P), MDM, and reporting within an overarching SAP strategy to support enterprise-wide KPIs
• Acting as the central interface between Executive Leadership and business functions, ensuring investments are strategically directed toward high-impact SAP initiatives
• Standardizing a clear “Shared Responsibilities” framework across all teams, including sprint management, UAT excellence, and developer coordination
• Leading and developing functional expert teams with a strong focus on ownership, accountability, and high-performance execution across the SAP organization
• Ensuring the stability, compliance, and future readiness of the SAP landscape, including preparation for upgrades, migrations, and SAP Clean Core initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the SAP environment, particularly in the “Run” and “Optimize” phases of the software lifecycle
• Deep end-to-end understanding of the integration of O2C, R2R, and P2P, with the ability to resolve friction points at module interfaces
• Proven experience operating a standard-focused SAP environment while managing enhancements and patches without compromising scalability
• Experience managing multiple domain roadmaps and balancing maintenance, compliance, and business innovation
• Strategic sparring partner for Finance & Accounting, with the ability to translate complex accounting requirements into technical SAP solutions
• Experience with agile or DevOps frameworks, with a focus on continuous product optimization rather than project-driven individual solutions
• Successful leadership of Functional Product Managers, MDM experts, and Data Analysts with the goal of establishing a reliable “Single Source of Truth”
