Qualifikationen

• 7+ Jahre Salesforce-Plattform-Erfahrung, inkl. Architektenrollen.
• Erfahrung mit Experience Portals, B2B-Commerce oder kundenorientierten Plattformen.
• Erfahrung in komplexen Enterprise-IT-Umgebungen mit mehreren Integrationen.
• Technische Skills: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; Revenue Cloud vorteilhaft; Apex, LWC; API-Integrationen; CI/CD; DevOps; Web-Entwicklung (Java, Frontend).

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für End-to-End Salesforce-Architektur und Referenzarchitekturen.
• Definition von Innovations- und Sicherheitsstandards, Performance und Datenschutz (GDPR).
• Führung, Mentoring von Entwicklern und externen Partnern sowie Einhaltung von CI/CD- und Release-Management.
• Steuerung von Anforderungsworkshops und Übersetzung in umsetzbare Architekturlösungen.

Aufgabe

Salesforce Platform Architecture & Design Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), Revenue Cloud, and integrations. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and reusable Salesforce solutions, aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Define Salesforce reference architectures, design patterns, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security). Ensure compliance with enterprise security, GDPR, and integration standards. Functional leadership Drive and deliver the vision and roadmap for Business Partner Portals, including: Customer portals Supplier and partner portals B2B commerce and self-service experiences Define adoption, usability, and experience KPIs; continuously optimize customer and partner engagement. Technical Leadership & Governance Act as technical authority for all Salesforce initiatives, including custom development (Apex, LWC, APIs). Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and external partners. Establish and enforce: Salesforce development standards CI/CD and release management practices Code quality, security, and documentation standards Lead architectural reviews and approve solution designs across projects Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership Act as the primary Salesforce and portals advisor to business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT. Lead requirement discovery workshops and translate outcomes into actionable solution designs. Provide delivery oversight from concept to production and post-go-live optimization. Support executive discussions with clear architectural narratives and business impact articulation.

Qualifikation

Experience 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including solution or technical architect roles. Proven experience delivering experience portals, B2B commerce, or customer-facing platforms. Experience working in complex enterprise IT environments with multiple integrations. Technical Skills Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; Revenue Cloud knowledge strong advantage. Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), declarative automation. API-based integrations, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices. Web application development (Java, front end technologies) Cloud platform exposure (AWS,Azure) Soft skills Strategic thinker with the ability to connect architecture to business value. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior leadership level. Proven mentoring and team leadership capabilities. Ownership mindset with readiness to grow into a department level accountability role
