A dynamic technology company is seeking an experienced SalesForce Lead Enterprise Architect to oversee the architectural design of cross-cloud Salesforce solutions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms and strong technical mentorship skills. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience, 7+ years in Salesforce architecture, and a proven track record of customizing and optimizing Salesforce solutions. This position is remote, catering to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in Germany.

Job Description :-
  • 12 + years of experience in a hands‑on technical/development role.
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture
  • Salesforce Certifications:
  • 10+ Salesforce certifications
  • Cloud Platforms:
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other related platforms.
  • Programming Languages:
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools, SOQL, SQL
  • Integration Skills:
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools such as MuleSoft.
  • Problem‑Solving:
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Communication:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating effectively with cross-
    functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
  • Architect and Design:
    Lead the architectural design of cross cloud Salesforce solutions, with a deep focus on Core Clouds (Sales, Service and Community) ensuring scalable and efficient implementations.
    Design and build integration between Force.com and other enterprise systems.
    Ideally a good working understanding of MuleSoft and Marketing Cloud.
  • Technical Leadership:
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Integration:
    Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Customization:
    Customize Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud, to meet specific client requirements.
  • Data Strategy:
    Develop and implement data strategies that maximize the potential of Salesforce including data modelling, ETL processes, migration, LDV mitigation and data governance.
  • Release Management:
    Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Documentation:
    Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce architecture, processes, and best practices.
  • Continuous Platform Innovation:
    Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and advise on opportunities to leverage new features and functionalities.
