Zusammenfassung

Vaillant Group seeks a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (m/f/d) to drive digital transformation in a globally leading heating and cooling solutions company. You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, optimize Lead-to-Order, and collaborate with international teams to deliver value across sales and marketing processes.

You will guide requirements, design, and rollout, ensuring user adoption and knowledge sharing within an agile team.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification.
• At least three years of experience designing, implementing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud/Lead-to-Order).
• Experience in consulting roles and with agile/traditional project methods is a plus.
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud, data modelling, automation, reporting and digital sales process design know‑how.
• Nice to have: Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, other Salesforce Clouds, integration scenarios or certifications.

• Drive further development of Lead-to-Order processes in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Support the full solution lifecycle from requirements to rollout and user adoption.

As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (m/f/d), you will create a seamless customer journey, from the initial customer interaction through to successful order fulfillment. Working closely with international teams, you will develop future-oriented solutions that directly contribute to our business success.

• In your role as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, you will drive the further development of our Lead-to-Order processes and collaborate with business departments to create efficient and scalable solutions based on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• You will support the entire solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, successful rollout, and sustainable user adoption
• Together with international stakeholders and Product Owners, you will advance the continuous optimization of our platform and sales-related processes
• Drawing on your Salesforce expertise, you will advise internal partners on best practices, market trends, and innovative opportunities for digitizing sales and marketing processes
• Within an agile and self-organized team, you will promote knowledge sharing, contribute new ideas, and actively support the further development of our Salesforce landscape and collaborative ways of working

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience: You have at least three years of experience in the design, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce solutions, ideally within the areas of Sales Cloud and Lead-to-Order processes. Experience in consulting roles as well as with agile and traditional project methodologies is an advantage.
• Know-how: You possess strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, data modeling, automation, reporting, and the design of digital sales and marketing processes.
• Nice to have: Experience with Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, other Salesforce Clouds, integration scenarios, or Salesforce certifications.
• Personality: You have a highly analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to your work. With a high degree of initiative, excellent communication skills, and a strong team spirit, you build trust with stakeholders and can convey complex requirements in a clear, targeted, and understandable manner.
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in English; German is a plus
